Christina was born and raised in the Pacific NW. She Graduated from Stanwood High school and spent 14 years in the Oral Surgery and Dentistry Field, when she decided to follow her passion for Real Estate. After Purchasing her first home at 19 and second home at 24 by 32 decided to take the leap into real estate. She has now Bought and sold homes and investment property Along with purchasing Vacant Land that was designated as Forestry . She  went through the process of Feasibility, permits, installing well, power, septic. She navigated the process of financing and building a custom designed and engineered home in Snohomish County. She personally knows the ins and outs of the challenges of Real Estate and is able to better advocate for her clients through the process from these personal experiences. 

Christina has been an asset to so many Clients and has enjoyed giving back to the Community she serves. She helps with Fund Raisers for local food bank, Coat and Clothing Drives, Easter Seals by giving donations with every closing and fundraising for them throughout the year. She takes pride in helping others and has been apart of helping North Homes Realty be one of the Top Donators for Easter Seals in Washington for several years.  She Keeps up with the changing market taking classes and furthering her knowledge in every aspect of real estate. She is Certified to help Military and Seniors. She takes pride being an advocate to her clients and community. 

Christina was awarded the Quality Service award as well as Top Agent in 2021 for Washington and was an Emerald Star Producer with Century 21 North Homes Realty. She has a goal of making sure Every Client is served to the best of her ability and has maintained a 98% overall satisfaction rating even while doubling her transactions year of year.

Christina understands that buying and selling real estate can be one of the biggest decisions in your life. As a full time Realtor, I will work hard to educate and advocate for my clients throughout the process and make your experience as pain free as possible. I always believe the customers needs and concerns are my priority and my goal is to always work with my Clients best interest in mind.

I will be there from the beginning to the end of the process to make sure all your needs are addressed and things go smoothly to help you open the door to your new home. I'm Military certified, I am very familiar with the PCS process and the needs of our Military families throughout their transition.

When not assisting clients she enjoys spending time with friends and family camping, hiking, and going to the dunes to ride quads and RZRs, as well as spending time with her husband John and her two girls who are 18 and 15 and their dogs. She has been involved with 4H with her girls showing in local fairs years and now enjoys watching her daughter ride horse as she loved it when she was younger as well.
