We liked Christina because she was willing to show us homes whenever we asked. She made herself available and was sensitive to helping us meet the sellers offer review timelines. Christina was professional but also friendly. When I asked Christina for recommendations for a mortgage lender and a property manager, Christina provided excellent choices that worked with us to get the purchase done and great progress in getting our current home under lease. Christina also was not discouraged after we submitted offers on two other properties and did not win the bid. She hung in there with us and got our offer accepted on a home we are very happy with. If Christina didn't know the answer she would get it promptly. Also, when we made our offer, Christina understood the competition and moved quickly before the competition could move in and escalate the price.
